Manuscript submission
Manuscript submission takes two steps:
  1. Enter author and manuscript information. After submitting the required information, you will receive a 10-digit file identification number.
  2. Email your manuscript in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats as attachments to editor@tclt.us. Including the 10-digit file identification number in the body of your message.
